[body] => Very concrete and functionally focused / HR view: this is what I had missed until now in my HRSD onboarding. In particular, I appreciated the situation with a practical case: => creation of a ticket by HR -same, who receives a phone call from an employee => global vision by HR, through the Agent Workspace (/now/hr/agent/home) => HR dashboard: SLA at risk, etc => HR vision of life cycle (Lifecyle Events) Furthermore, Arnaud was able to give us a certain amount of advice as part of our Harmony project (Orange HR portal) for our workshops as well as for the config. Finally, the interventions of other people (who are mainly HR from Orange, therefore clients of the Harmonie project) helped me to better understand their expectations.
